Summary: Angiolipomas are uncommon neoplasms of the central nervous system.They are found in the intracranial region and usually originate from the midline sellar area.In this case report, we present the clinical findings of a 69-year-old female patient BODY WASH who experienced progressive bilateral vision loss and headaches.
